SHIPPING POLICY
Please provide a physical shipping address. We cannot ship to post office boxes. Your order will be shipped within 3-4 business days. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties and broker fees on all international orders.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Items returned for credit must be returned within 30 days and in NEW condition. Soiled or opened items are NOT accepted. Returned items for credit will be refunded, less shipping costs, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for exchange shipping fees unless incorrect items were shipped. The following items are accepted for exchange or refund: halters, bits, and all videos (unopened with seal NOT broken only). The following items are NOT accepted for exchange or refund: apparel, accessories, books, longlines, audio cassettes, CD’s, DVD’s, posters, photos, and any sale/discontinued items. ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY
Damaged items must be reported within 10 days. Defective items must be reported for exchange within 30 days. ALL ITEMS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE NEED TO INCLUDE A SHIPPING RETURN FEE.
